Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

Our Story
Amaley meaning hope in Arabic is born from my own struggles. I faced depression and anxiety and I wasn't sure how to handle it. It took me a solid 6 months to admit to myself that I was going through depression and another 6 months to find the right therapist/coach. So I started Amaley to deal with the stigma associated with women's health and mental health.
As I spoke to my friends and family about it, I realized this problem was more common than I thought - a lot of women especially those going through change didn't know how to handle depression mainly because of the stigma that exists in our society. Further, I think finding a therapist is like dating and I knew then I had to do something about it.
I created Amaley to solve this problem in our community - modern educated women have different needs - we need a coach/therapist who understands our ambition, fears, and aspirations. I hope you enjoy connecting with the coaches that I handpicked from hours and hours of conversations and interviews.
Before Starting Amaley, I worked briefly in a Silicon Valley startup as a Product Manager and prior to that, I led a MedTech data science team at Point72 (hedge fund) for about four years. I leveraged big data together with fundamental research in healthcare companies to create predictive models for healthcare equities.
